Return & Exchange

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :

  1. The saree should be unused and unwashed and folded much in the same way as it reached you.
  2. The saree should have the original packaging and tags in place. A saree without the original tags will not be accepted.
  3. Return/Exchange request should be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any return/ exchange request raised after this period will not be accepted.
  4. The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
  5. Sarees bought during sale are non-returnable. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.  The saree will be despatched 48 hours after placing an order. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Return Policy 

Though we take extreme care to ensure that you receive your Adhyavi saree in the best condition, yet in the rare case that it is not so, you can raise a return request.

  1. If you have received the saree in a bad condition or if the packaging is loose/open/ tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at support@adhyavi.com  mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost. 
  2. Sarees that are unworn, unused, unwashed and retaining the attached running blouse piece and original tags are eligible for return.
  3. All valid refunds are processed through Bank Transfer and the refund amount is credited to the customer's bank account within 8 to 10 working days.
  4. In case of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
  5. Shipping and COD charges are non refundable
  6. Raise your return request within 48 hours of receiving the shipment through support@adhyavi.com
  7. In the unlikely case that your saree arrives damaged or defective, do contact us immediately by mailing us at support@adhyavi.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
  8. The credit note has to be utilized within its validity period.
  9. Reverse pickups are arranged by us.
  10. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
  11. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.
  12. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.

Exchange Policy: 

We don't accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange a saree, you can return it as above, and then make a new order on our website.​​
